Sarum Corporate Leadership

Mark LoGalbo: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role: Mark is the primary visionary and decision maker within the company. He is responsible for setting the direction of Sarum and ensuring the overall success of the organization. He is also involved with business development, marketing, partner relationships, and consulting.

Background: Mark has over 24 years of IT security, physical security, and Law enforcement experience. He currently holds several high-level IT security certifications (C|CISO, CISSP, CAP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor). Mark has served in both the British and US Armies, gaining experience in military police operations, investigations, counter-terrorism, and cyber security. Mark completed one combat tour while serving with the British Army in Northern Ireland and was medically discharged from the US Army in 2001.

 

Amy LoGalbo: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Role: Amy is responsible for all aspects of finance within the company, including accounting, payroll and benefits, and account managment. 

Background: Amy was a founding member of Sarum in 2008. Having taken a sabbatical to complete her degree, Amy has recently rejoined Sarum to help meet the company's growth strategy. 

Timothy Schilbach: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Role: Tim is a technology visionary and is responsible for the IT road map of Sarum. He works closely with both internal staff and customers to design cutting edge solutions for both cloud-based and on-premise needs.

Background: With over 15 years of applied IT experience in all disciplines from Network/Systems Engineering and Programming, to Cyber Security operations. He has mastered multiple programming languages and has been on the forefront of engineering cloud based platforms. Having served as a Program/Project Manager, Business Owner and Corporate Executive in IT, his years of engineering experience has been instrumental in managing programs and departments with Sarum.

 

Jim Braford: Senior Vice President - Business Development 

Role: Jim is responsible for all aspects for Sarum's Business Development strategy. 

Background: Jim is highly experienced in program management, government contracting, business strategy planning, and business development. He has served on several advisory councils and was the creator of the GovCon League government contracting business association.

  

Tim Green: Corporate Board Advisor

Role: Tim works with the senior leadership of Sarum LLC to advise and assist in team development, processes, and strategies to ensure the growth of the company in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Background: Tim has a deep understanding of federal government contracting that only comes from experience at all levels of the industry. Tim held executive and corporate leadership positions at large system integrators such as SAIC, QinetiQ North America, Truestone and dynamic niche technology solution and consulting companies. 

A West Point graduate and former Army Officer, Tim also holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
