V-Oasis hosted virtual desktop means that your data and applications run on servers in our high security data center, instead of on your PC or a server in your office, and are essentially streamed to you and your employees on whatever devices you are using. With our VoIP solution, businesses receive their own virtual Private Branch Exchange (PBX) phone system, which can either be self-managed, or fully managed by our Customer Service Center. Our VoIP solution offers unlimited US-based calling for a low fixed monthly fee per hand set.
V-Oasis is a trusted community cloud. What this means is that our solution is only for business use (we do not sell to individuals), each company is vetted to ensure they are a legal entity in good standing, and all customers must sign our system rules of behavior to ensure ethical computing. Upon becoming a V-Oasis trusted customer, your assigned V-Oasis Account Manager is your initial point of contact. Your friendly Account Manager will assist with all your moving in, ensuring you confortable with your surroundings, and remain in touch frequently to ensure you are receiving the best customer service. For any of your technical needs (i.e. adding new employees, services, or technical issues), we have our V-Oasis dedicated Customer Service Center. Our Customer Service Center is staffed by highly trained, experienced, and certified IT professionals that are located in our head office.
